I've rekindled my passion for oils. after weeks of fear and frustration I finally had a breakthrough and now I'm hooked. don't remember the last time I actually finished a large-scale painting. another week or so and that'll have been changed.
it's nice to feel excited to wake up in the morning. before the alarm clock.

grotesque may be the perfect word for it.
although I'm not so bothered by it any more, as I once ate something very similar to it at a sushi bar. haha.
